Incredible hand-built “Fairy Tale House” in Olalla, Washington for Sale

 

This incredible and unique home was created by Richey and Karen Morgan, who spent decades laboring on the house and grounds beginning in the late 1970s.

The Morgans built their 2,500-square-foot home in sections, framing rooms with cedar beams plucked from near the creek on the property. They also made a little cottage in front, a “stump house” out of the remains of an old tree.

The home has fueled imagination from the beginning and hopefully will be restored by the new owner.
