The setting is quiet and residential, but a short stroll to shops & restaurants. Driving, it is about 1 mile from downtown Seattle, 1 mile to the University of Washington and 1 mile to the bridge to the Eastside, Bellevue and Redmond. It is also near Group Health and Fred Hutchinson.
