Completely furnished, short-term (or longer rental, that’s ok too!) studio apartment in Seattle, near South Beacon Hill, right on the busline to the Light Rail and Downtown Seattle. This hip pad is a separate “cabana”, a totally separate little house that is part of a larger mid-century modern enclave on Beacon Hill.

The property comes with a full bed and linens are included. (While we don’t have maid service, there are two sets of sheets and a $2 pay washer and dryer on the premises.) If you’re just not into maid service, we do have some cleaners who will come for $40 an hour and wash and change your sheets, towels, etc and clean your apartment, 3-hour minimum.)
We hope you’ll love the vintage touches as much as we do. There are fun built-in speakers from the 1950’s, a radio, a record player and a cool vintage “look-alike” SMEG refrigerator.

If you love to cook, this may not be the right place for you, as there’s a “breakfast bar” but no oven. Microwave, refrigerator and sink for light meals, salads and sandwiches, but not oven. We do have a small “cooktop”, a coffee maker and tea kettle too!
It’s located right across from a little bodega/corner store and on the bus line to the Light Rail that will get you to downtown Seattle in a blink. There are walking trails and bike lanes nearby.
Rent is based on single occupancy and it includes all utilities, fast internet and free parking.
Our cleaners will professionally clean your unit before and after your stay. Our cleaners uses organic cleaners and essential oils (eucalyptus oil, tea tree oil, cinnamon, citrus, peppermint, pine, wintergreen, etc).
Guests can pay a refundable damage, security and cleaning deposit or book directly on Airbnb without a deposit.

NOTE: No pets but service animals welcome. In the State of Washington, there is a $500 civil infraction under chapter 7.80 RCW for any person misrepresenting an animal as a service animal. In addition to this civil penalty, there will be an additional $1000 cleaning fee for any animal on the premises misrepresented as a service animal. Any such misrepresentation shall be grounds for immediate eviction. No refunds shall be given.
