Original art, gleaming hardwood floors, a decorative fireplace, a remodeled fully-equiped kitchen with a breakfast bar and computer space. High-speed internet access, flat-screen TV with DVD too. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other a double-bed, the third has a desk and a couch that folds out into a single bed. All linens and towels included. Washer/dryer in lower level.
A cross between a Bed & Breakfast, a Guest Inn, and staying with your best friend. Fuel or Tully’s coffee shop, right around the corner, so you can have a latte in the morning! Excellent baked goods and light lunch too!

Walk to downtown or take the bus 1 block away. Near Broadway and all the action, a short walk to night clubs of Pike/Pine, restaurants, shops and great people-watching. Near Vios (Greek) restaurant, Kingfish Cafe (Southern) and Monsoon (Thai/Asian Fusion). Also, weekly Salsa and Swing dances nearby. Walk to Trader Joe’s about 6 blocks away, and several other grocery stores on 15th (We’re on 20th, so that’s about 5 blocks.) Also near the Seattle Art Museum, Broadway and Volunteer Park. The setting is quiet and residential, but a short stroll to shops & restaurants. Driving, it is about 1 mile from downtown Seattle, 1 mile to the University of Washington and 1 mile to the bridge to the Eastside, Bellevue and Redmond. It is also near Group Health and Fred Hutchinson.
